Terms and Conditions

ReservePass is a line and fairness management platform. Businesses schedule product releases and shoppers claim passes or enter drawings. ReservePass does not sell, price, allocate, hold, ship or take payment for any product listed on the platform. Every transaction happens between the shopper and the business, in person.

Shopper accounts are free and require a valid email address, a verified phone number and a date of birth. You must be 21 or older to hold an account. One account per person and per phone number; duplicate, automated or transferred accounts may be removed and their passes voided.

Business accounts are created by ReservePass staff. The business is responsible for the accuracy of its store details, release details and for the conduct of its staff users.

• A pass reserves a place in line. It is not a purchase, a receipt or a guarantee of product.
• First come, first served releases award passes until the posted quantity is allocated.
• Lottery releases draw winners at random at the posted end date and time.
• You may win at most once per special release.
• Passes are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value.
• A pass is valid only for the posted store, product, quantity and pickup window.

The business verifies identity and age at pickup and collects payment at its own posted price. If you cannot present valid identification, or you arrive outside the pickup window, the business may release the product to someone else. ReservePass does not issue refunds because ReservePass does not collect payment for product.

Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, false identities or purchased accounts to gain an advantage. Do not resell passes. Do not interfere with the queue, the drawing or another user's access. We may suspend or remove any account that undermines the fairness of a release.

Business subscriptions, implementation fees and any premium features are set out in the quote or order form signed with ReservePass. Businesses are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to their products, including alcohol licensing, advertising and age restrictions in their jurisdiction.

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep releases and drawings running on time, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReservePass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a business's decisions about product, pricing, allocation or pickup.
