You may use ReservePass to view releases, claim passes, enter drawings and manage your own account — or, for business users, to create and operate releases for the stores assigned to you. Any other use requires our written permission.

• Scraping, crawling, or automated access of any kind, including headless browsers and scripts.
• Attempting to bypass the virtual queue, rate limits, verification or any access control.
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the service without written authorization.
• Reverse engineering, framing, mirroring or reselling any part of the service.
• Uploading malware, or content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.
• Impersonating another person, business or ReservePass staff.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method and device secure. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Store names, product names, images and release details are supplied by the business. Businesses confirm they have the rights to what they upload and that their listings are accurate. We may remove content that appears unlawful, misleading or in breach of these rules.

ReservePass, its logo, software, design and content are owned by ReservePass and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here transfers ownership. Business trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Features may change and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or high-demand releases. We may suspend or terminate access that breaks these rules, harms other users or threatens the integrity of a release.
